I'll be everyone knows that compact fluorescent lights (CFLs) are the first four items. But probably very few know that the last three also apply. The EPA has mandated their use, however not much is publicized about what to do if they break or how to properly dispose of them. I'm sure it's written on the box in fine print somewhere. Now if I could just find the box it came in. Hmm.
